📋 Description Lead enterprise-scale change enablement for AI/workspace transformations. Apply structured change management methods (Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter) to design strategies. Facilitate discovery workshops and identify risks, gaps, and agentic opportunities. Define North Star outcomes and KPIs to track adoption and organizational health. Document policy/process impact from AI integration and enable workforce enablement. Engage executive sponsors; activate change networks to scale adoption. 🎯 Requirements 3–6+ years in organizational change management or management consulting. Proven proficiency with change management frameworks; Prosci (ADKAR) preferred. Experience supporting cloud or SaaS adoption (Google Workspace, Google Cloud or equivalent). Strong narrative/communication skills; able to engage from end users to C-suite.
