Clinical Sales Associate

📋 Description Sell to maximize da Vinci Surgical System utilization in Winchester, VA territory. Work with Clinical Sales Manager to develop sales strategy for robot utilization. Manage surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration and da Vinci Surgery applications. Be a da Vinci Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties. Support regional Sales and Marketing events to drive system awareness and adoption. Develop a da Vinci Surgery plan for each team to ensure unsupervised use. 🎯 Requirements A minimum of 2 years outside sales experience, medical device preferred Ability to travel up to 25%, and work nights and weekends as needed Bachelor’s degree required Preferred: proven record of success, ambition, high energy, strong interpersonal and persuasive 🎁 Benefits Compensation includes base pay + commission, benefits, and equity On target earnings noted in posting
