📋 Description Lead field operations strategy for the US Majors segment at Snowflake. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior field leadership, linking executive vision to regional Use AI and data tools to automate processes and drive cross-functional decision making. Provide operational oversight for a large, global, matrixed organization and drive measurable Collaborate with Sales Operations and SE leadership to align technical field efforts with GTM 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years in a GTM or Sales organization with senior strategic/operational leadership experience. Proven ability to partner with VP-level or above in a fast-paced tech environment. Experience leading large-scale global programs across matrixed, multinational teams. Strong analytics capability and ability to present executive-ready insights. Excellent written and oral communication, with experience influencing C-suite audiences.
