Senior Civil Estimator - ECI

📋 Description Develop accurate and competitive cost estimates for building projects. Prepare detailed cost estimates, take-offs, and tender pricing. Review drawings, specs, BOQs to identify scope and cost risks. Support ECI projects across concept, design, and pre-construction. Analyze supplier/subcontractor quotations for commercial compliance. Develop value engineering proposals and cost optimizations. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's in Civil Eng, Quantity Surveying, Construction Mgmt, or related field. Minimum 10 years estimating experience in construction. Proven experience in building projects: commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use, high-rise. Advanced proficiency in Candy (CCS) Estimating Software. Experience with ECI, pre-construction, tendering.
