📋 Description Support transformation of training setups and skill development Work directly with clients (CAC 40, SBF 120, ETI/PME) Design and deploy learning strategies aligned with business priorities Engineer blended learning journeys and digital platforms Lead knowledge of LMS/LXP deployments and migrations Drive change management and stakeholder engagement 🎯 Requirements Engineering/Management degree or higher 4+ years in consulting or HR leadership contexts Interest in data and AI in Learning Curious, collaborative, strong analytical skills Fluent in French and English (professional)
