Associate Medical Director, ANZ

📋 Description Develop and execute country-level Medical Affairs plans aligned with Global priorities. Build relationships with KOLs, academic institutions, societies, gov bodies. Collaborate with Country Leadership Team to drive a cohesive ANZ Allergan Aesthetics org. Build and mentor Medical Affairs talent; foster self-directed learning. Lead medical review of promotional materials; ensure accuracy and compliance. Report adverse events within 24 hours; participate in WHS and codes of conduct. 🎯 Requirements Doctor of Medicine or life sciences degree. Minimum 5 years in pharma Medical Affairs. Team management experience desirable. Understanding of drug development and regulatory in ANZ. Experience launching new products and enabling patient access.
