📋 Description Own reliability, performance of data center infra (power, cooling, env systems). Lead and develop Facilities Ops Supervisors and Technicians. Drive maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, and KPIs. Implement SOPs, emergency plans, and change management. Ensure safety compliance and strong safety culture. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (or equivalent). 7+ years in managing critical facilities systems (data centers). 5+ years in people leadership with technical teams. In-depth knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC systems. Proven facilities infra project leadership from planning to execution. Proficiency with BMS, environmental monitoring, CMMS.
