📋 Description Lead and mentor Facilities Operations Technicians to deliver excellence. Oversee maintenance of data center infrastructure: HVAC, power, env controls. Develop preventive maintenance and system performance monitoring. Create and enforce SOPs for operational consistency. Ensure safety compliance and collaborate with engineering/procurement. Provide on-call support and rapid response to incidents. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (or equivalent exp). 4+ years managing critical facilities systems (power, cooling, env controls). Deep knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC in data centers. 4+ years troubleshooting and maintaining critical facilities infra. Proficiency with building management systems (BMS) and monitoring tools.
