Fleet Vendor Performance Manager

📋 Description Lead weekly/monthly reviews with maintenance partners. Track KPIs, scorecards, and SLA compliance. Own root-cause analysis for vendor issues. Govern vendor SOPs, playbooks, and changes. Support sourcing, RFPs, audits, and onboarding. Analyze labor, throughput, and capacity for scaling. 🎯 Requirements 8+ years in operations with 4–5 years managing 3rd-party vendors. Experience with performance metrics (SLA, KPIs, scorecards). Proven vendor rhythm management and corrective actions. Lean/Kaizen/DMAIC process optimization background.
