1:1 School Nurse - LPN

📋 Description Provide one-on-one pediatric in-home nursing care (birth to 18) in-home setting. Deliver high-quality care under the care plan with clinical autonomy and teamwork. Support school-aged clients in Erie County for 2026/27 school year. Work in a role that emphasizes compassionate, reliable patient care. Traverse to cases as assigned to meet patient needs. 🎯 Requirements Active and current license to practice as a professional nurse (LPN or LVN). Previous home health care experience welcome but not required; training provided. No prior pediatric experience? Training will be provided. Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
