Assistant Manager, Operations Command Centre (Autonomous Vehicles)

📋 Description You will lead execution of autonomous vehicle pilots and supervise safety operators during daily Oversee scheduling, timekeeping, and onboarding/training of operational staff. Lead daily AV service operations across field deployments and command center activities. Coordinate escalation workflows for disruptions, anomalies, faults, or incidents. Act as point of contact for in-field events and system behavior. Develop SOPs, operational guides, and KPIs for the fleet. 🎯 Requirements Diploma or Degree holders. 5+ years in operations, logistics, transportation, or fleet management. Experience managing shift-based operational teams in live environments. Technical knowledge with autonomous vehicles, robotics, or IoT deployments is a plus.
