Manager, Clinical Laboratory

📋 Description Oversees development, planning, and maintenance of lab methods and operations for products/tech. Ensures compliance with GMP and CLIA/CAP guidelines. Manages staffing, budgets, and manufacturing performance; drives continuous improvement. Leads cross-functional collaboration with OPS, Accessioning, Engineering, Stats, R&D, and Monitors production metrics, schedules, and QA/QC programs; drives cost and quality improvements. Guides team through CAPAs, NCRs, and regulatory requirements; ensures safe, organized lab. 🎯 Requirements BS/BA in Biological Sciences or related field, or equivalent. 3+ years of leadership experience and/or managing a team. 5+ years of industry-related experience preferred.
