1:1 School Nurse - LPN

📋 Description Deliver one-on-one in-home nursing care for school-aged children (birth through 18). Provide complex care including trach and vent management if needed. Autonomy to apply clinical expertise within a larger supportive team. Occasional travel to cases as assigned; set schedule for school year needs. Work within the Skilled Nursing Unit to support pediatric clients in their homes. Help families with education and care planning to keep children safe at home. 🎯 Requirements Active and current license to practice as a professional nurse (LPN or LVN). Home health care experience welcomed, but not required; training provided. No pediatric experience? We will train you. Ability to travel to assigned cases. Calm, reassuring presence with strong assessment and communication skills.
