📋 Description Handle incoming customer correspondence via email, fax, and mail to resolve travel inquiries and Respond to customer communication in order received per DOT regulations. Assist with changes/cancellations of itineraries via live chat, email, and phone. Investigate and resolve issues, tracking cases in department databases. Collaborate with other teams and third parties to resolve claims and incidents. Maintain high-quality, professional email responses and adhere to policies. 🎯 Requirements High School Diploma/GED; 6 months of customer service/relations experience. Authorized to work in the US; pass a criminal background check. Excellent written communication and strong organizational skills. Experience with email management tools; familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
