📋 Description Oversee and manage complex projects from inception to completion, on time, on budget, high quality. Complete weekly/monthly reports; supervise staff on daily operations. Lead and motivate team to achieve objectives and milestones. Collaborate with stakeholders to align with organizational goals. Identify and mitigate risks impacting team success. Ensure compliance with regulations, quality standards, and policies. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, management or human services, or equivalent work experience 2 to 3 years' experience in TANF programs. 3 years of supervisory experience or equivalent. Commitment to customer focused service delivery systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong management and organizational skills.
