📋 Description Lead transformation of a revenue-generating training organization across US and Germany. Reimagine design, packaging, delivery, and scaling of training; modernize curriculum strategy and Build a globally distributed team and drive change across continents. Champion automation, AI-assisted content development, and digital-first delivery models. Align transformation with company growth priorities and secure cross-functional sponsorship. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years in customer education, training, enablement, or related field with people leadership. Proven change leadership: vision-setting, stakeholder alignment, driving adoption. Experience owning revenue or P&L for a service/product line. Knowledge of instructional design across ILT/vILT and eLearning. Familiarity with LMS platforms (Docebo or equivalent) and CRM/ERP-adjacent systems. Experience managing globally distributed teams and working across time zones/cultures. 🎁 Benefits Confidential compensation with range $115,000 - $140,000 annually (USD).
