📋 Description Lead and coach a team of AML analysts. Set expectations and prioritization aligned to goals. Review high-priority investigations ensuring AML compliance. Monitor metrics and drive process improvements. Train team on blockchain analytics tools and escalation. Stay current on AML typologies and regulatory changes. 🎯 Requirements 4+ years AML/CTF experience, with 2+ years crypto AML. 1-2+ years in a team leadership role. Subject-matter expertise in AML controls; FATF, FINTRAC. Experience preparing and filing STRs, LVCTR, EFTR, and other regulatory reports. Proficient with crypto on-chain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM Labs, Elliptic).
