Monitor European regulatory developments and update frameworks. 🎯 Requirements Legal background: University degree in Law and qualification as a legal professional. At least 5 years in a compliance dept at an investment/finance firm. Policy drafting and deployment in compliance. Deep MiFID II/WAG 2018 regulatory knowledge. Proven track record establishing MiFID II/WAG 2018 frameworks. Leadership communication: experience presenting to senior management.
