📋 Description Execute end-to-end employee lifecycle across jurisdictions (offers, onboarding, changes, leaves, offboarding) Prepare contracts, amendments, side letters, and termination docs using templates; escalate complex cases Coordinate global immigration and right-to-work; UK Sponsor License records; support visa compliance Be the first contact for People Ops policies; resolve queries and escalate complex cases Maintain knowledge of employment laws across Volta countries to ensure compliance Oversee EOR/PEO arrangements; ensure compliant docs and processes 🎯 Requirements Substantial people/HR ops experience, including scaling orgs where processes were built Multijurisdictional experience running lifecycle ops and docs across Europe and North America Strong knowledge of people ops best practices: lifecycle design, standards, SLAs, data hygiene UK employment law and right-to-work knowledge; know when local rules override UK default UK GDPR data protection understanding Excellent attention to detail and strong spreadsheet and data skills 🎁 Benefits Equity offered
