📋 Description Shape fundraising initiatives: asset development, donor relations, database management. Lead community fundraising; liaison for events; guide from planning to stewardship; design materials. Develop engagement materials (newsletters, thank-you letters) to strengthen donor connections. Support donor stewardship activities (thank-you calls, volunteer days). Support grant applications from research to submission; maintain funding pipeline. Shape social media brand and voice; build a strong digital presence for TSCC. 🎯 Requirements Certificate in Fundraising Management or equivalent. 2-3 years’ fundraising experience with CRA knowledge. Expertise in RE NXT: data integrity, donor segmentation, reports. Experience managing large volunteer groups (asset). Strong verbal and written communication; teamwork. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; web savvy.
