Staff Database Engineer [m/f/d]

📋 Description Own complex database activities for MSS and customer DBs across dev, test, prod. Design, administer, and support DB systems in 24/7 operations. Resolve incidents and deliver robust, secure, high-performing services. Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for production systems. Apply best practices in database administration, tuning, and automation. Collaborate with teams to improve schema, queries, and transaction handling. 🎯 Requirements Senior Oracle DBA with hands-on Oracle 12c/18c/19c. Experience in high-availability environments (on-prem and cloud). Deep knowledge of backup, recovery, security, and tuning. Proficient with RMAN, Data Guard, and Oracle GoldenGate. Experience with Diagnostics Pack, OEM, Zabbix, Grafana. Strong SQL performance tuning, tracing, and root cause analysis. Linux and Windows server administration; on-call readiness.
