Sales Representative

📋 Description Become a subject matter expert on Treace products to support surgeons and OR teams. Build and maintain customer relationships; follow up on leads; drive conversions. Collaborate with marketing to improve product design and user satisfaction. Plan and deliver product training for surgeons (didactic and hands-on cadaveric). Maintain strong accounts to grow sales, market development, and service continuity. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in field sales. Travel locally up to 90% and overnight up to 20%. Experience supporting surgeons in operating rooms. Hospital credentialing readiness; ability to manage emergency support.
