📋 Description Serve as a senior clinical leader and addiction medicine expert. Partner with Clinical Services to improve quality and patient safety. Lead routine review of clinical protocols and guidelines. Translate quality findings into scalable clinical workflows. Drive adoption of new workflows across a distributed clinical workforce. Support expansion into new service lines and care models. 🎯 Requirements Board certification in Addiction Medicine with active medical license. Minimum 5 years of clinical experience with substance use disorders. Experience leading clinicians, programs, or multidisciplinary teams. Experience scaling clinical programs, quality initiatives, or care models. Experience developing and implementing clinical protocols, workflows, and standards.
