Global IT Sourcing and Procurement Lead

📋 Description Lead IT sourcing strategy and supplier management across the organization. Serve as trusted advisor on sourcing, contracts, pricing, and negotiations. Drive supplier governance, cost optimization, and value creation. Collaborate with IT, business units and external partners. Shape procurement practices for Group IT and influence the function. Based at TOMRA's HQ in Asker, reporting to the SVP Head of Group IT. 🎯 Requirements Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field. Experience in IT sourcing, procurement, supplier management, or vendor management. Proven experience managing supplier contracts and negotiations. Understanding of IT services, software licensing, infrastructure, and sourcing models. Experience with budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis.
