Legal Counsel

📋 Description Provide legal support to European business teams on commercial matters. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (customer, supplier, partnerships). Support compliance with EU regulatory frameworks (GDPR, consumer laws, data protection). Assist with corporate and governance matters for European entities. Contribute to internal policies, templates, and processes. Monitor legal and regulatory developments affecting European operations. 🎯 Requirements Qualified lawyer in at least one European jurisdiction (pref France or Germany). 2-5 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house. Solid grounding in commercial law. Experience with cross-border or multi-jurisdictional matters a plus. Familiarity with EU law and GDPR is preferred. English fluency required; German is a plus.
