Charity Registrations Coordinator

📋 Description Assist Marketing Activations to manage the Charity Donation Partner Program (NSW/VIC/TAS). Collaborate with the Charity Partnerships & Sustainability Manager to help charities register. Maintain relationships with charity partners; respond to queries. Onboard charity partner registrations; verify and assist with forms. Be the first contact for charity inquiries (phone or email). Support CPSM communications and donation reports. 🎯 Requirements Data entry and administration experience. Passion for environment and sustainability. Interest in not-for-profit organisations and social causes. Excellent time management. Attention to detail; able to work accurately on repetitive tasks. Good verbal and written communication skills. 🎁 Benefits Temporary contract: 2 days per week until April 2027.
