Associate General Counsel (Project Finance)

📋 Description Provide legal support for financing, construction, and operation of projects Lead and execute project finance and equity transactions (debt, tax equity) Anticipate issues and assess risks strategically Negotiate definitive docs; manage project closings with outside counsel and internal teams Develop relationships with external lawyers and balance usage, efficiency, and cost 🎯 Requirements Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. 2+ years in corporate work, M&A, debt and equity financing at a top law firm or corporate legal department. Commercial contracts experience: reviewing, drafting, negotiating. Experience managing and documenting complex transactions.
