Compliance & AML Lead (Hong Kong)

📋 Description Act as MIC of Compliance & AML for a HK entity, overseeing the VASP license with SFC. Lead regulatory communications and supervision with HK regulators. Design and maintain a compliance framework covering AML, sanctions, KYC/KYB, and monitoring. Own end to end compliance lifecycle including policies, controls, and risk assessments. Partner with Business, Product, Risk, and Legal to embed compliance by design. Ensure governance, documentation, and audit readiness across activities. Build and lead a high performing global compliance team with clear accountability. Monitor global regulatory developments and adapt the program. 🎯 Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Admin or related field from HK, SG, UK, or US. 6-10 years of compliance experience in banking, finance, fintech, or crypto. Prior MIC experience in HK-licensed institutions is an advantage. Extensive experience interacting with HK regulatory agencies.
