📋 Description Own Docebo administration: settings, provisioning, groups, reports, integrations, health. Design and maintain LMS content across internal, customer, and partners: plans, tracks, libraries, UX. Build dashboards and reports to track completion, certifications, and program impact. Develop scalable onboarding and continuous learning for CX roles (Pro Services, CS, Support). Author courses, assessments, job aids, and certification programs.
