MLRO & Compliance Officer, UAE (ADGM) - Broker Dealer Entity

📋 Description Design, implement, and oversee the compliance function per FSRA rules. Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and monitoring. Provide independent compliance guidance to the Board and executives. Conduct regular reviews, testing, and gap analyses of controls. Liaise with FSRA on compliance matters and remediation of findings. Advise on new products and business initiatives to embed regs. 🎯 Requirements 10+ years in senior compliance or financial crime roles (ADGM/DIFC or similar). Strong knowledge of FSRA Rules, FSMR, ADGM AML Rulebook, and sanctions. Experience in Broker Dealer or trading firms; familiarity with trade surveillance. Experience with regulatory authorisations or licensing of regulated entities. Experience engaging FSRA or regulators on supervisory matters.
