Recruitment Sourcing Specialist II (Contract)

📋 Description Recommend and implement the most effective sourcing strategy per client. Source qualified candidates for open requisitions within client’s industry. Utilize diverse recruiting strategies focusing on passive candidates. Provide exceptional candidate care and pre-screen before inclusion. Select and qualify candidates by skill, culture, and motivation with behavioral screening. Proactively pipeline talent and build pre-qualified candidate pools. 🎯 Requirements Demonstrate success as RSS I and readiness for promotion. 3-5 years of specialist recruitment experience in the relevant industry. Creative sourcing across job boards, associations, referrals, social media, and searches. Diversity sourcing knowledge across each search area. Strong Boolean search and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
