📋 Description Own and maintain the Technical Accounting Positions Register Draft audit-ready memos on significant transactions Own the group accounting policy suite and updates Review major contracts pre-signature and advise on accounting Lead the technical dialogue with the external auditor Monitor new standards and SEC developments; lead adoption 🎯 Requirements Qualified accountant (ACA/CPA or equivalent) with US GAAP expertise 8+ years in Big Four or in-house technical accounting Ability to write clear, well-structured technical memos and policies Strong command of ASC 842, 606, 718, 805, 326, 470/835 Experience defending technical positions with auditors IPO-readiness or SEC-registrant experience an advantage 🎁 Benefits Hybrid work arrangement Equity compensation Path to a US listing
