📋 Description Independently manage a robust docket of employment litigation from pre-litigation through trial. Take and defend depositions with minimal supervision, including experts. Represent clients at hearings and court appearances. Draft and argue dispositive and discovery motions, including summary judgment. Develop case strategy with supervising attorneys and clients. Conduct legal research and produce clear, persuasive writing. 🎯 Requirements Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Active membership in the California State Bar in good standing Licensed to practice law in the State of California 2–5 years of employment litigation experience (plaintiff, defense, or government) Proven track record of court appearances, depositions, and motion practice Proficiency with Westlaw, Lexis, and case management software 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
