📋 Description Represent clients in trials, hearings, arbitrations, and mediations. Develop case strategies and present arguments before judges and juries. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs. Interview witnesses, gather evidence, and prepare for trial. Negotiate settlements and plea agreements when appropriate. Lead department, mentor junior attorneys and support staff. 🎯 Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s). 5+ years of litigation experience. 2+ years of trial experience. Strong knowledge of procedural rules (e.g., FRCP Rule 23).
