📋 Description Resolve and negotiate a high-volume caseload efficiently. Communicate effectively with all parties involved in a case. Review and evaluate case files to determine legal strategy. Independently assess case value, including reviewing QME reports and depositions. Calculate demands – Total Temporary Disability, Permanent Disability, Future Medical, etc. Handle case negotiations and settlements. 🎯 Requirements 1+ years of legal Workers’ Compensation experience. Strong knowledge of California Workers’ Compensation regulations. Expertise in EAMS, E-filing, and the AME/PQME process. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask effectively with minimal supervision. Bilingual (English + Spanish) preferred.
