📋 Description Hybrid, Toronto-based client experience role. Support Wealthsimple clients with investing and trading concepts. Resolve complex client journeys including transfers and back-office tasks. Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to improve tools. Role starts around July 6, 2026; 4-month initial contract. Explain financial concepts clearly to clients. 🎯 Requirements 1–2 years in fast-paced, high-volume customer service. Bilingual French and English, written and spoken. Tech-savvy; comfortable with Slack and multitasking across tabs. Growth mindset; comfortable with rotating shifts. Residence in Toronto GTA and legal right to work in Canada.
