Drive deal momentum and identify legal risks to unblock negotiations. Coordinate with outside counsel on complex/high-value transactions. 🎯 Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school; active admission to at least one U.S. state bar. 6–8 years in commercial contracts; top firm + in-house tech ideal. Expertise drafting/negotiating partnership, data licensing, and API agreements. Strong business judgment; balance deal economics with terms for fast decisions. Fluency with AI tools (Claude, Ironclad, Gemini) and AI-enabled workflows.
