Recycling Centre Team Lead- Batemans Bay

📋 Description Lead day-to-day depot operations to deliver a great customer experience. Coach and motivate the team, keeping everyone organized and on track. Support customers with the Return and Earn machines on busy days. Ensure the site stays clean, safe and runs like clockwork. Be the on-shift go-to person, solving problems and setting up the team for success. Full-time role across 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day per week. 🎯 Requirements Previous experience in a people leadership role. Good knowledge of Microsoft apps and general IT skills.
