Oversee UK payroll, AP/AR, and cashflow visibility. 🎯 Requirements 5-7 years’ experience in accounting, reporting, or finance roles. Proven ability to prepare and review financial reporting; manage compliance. Strong UK/Europe payroll, tax, and statutory compliance knowledge. Analytical mindset; translate data into actionable insights. Stakeholder management; influence decision-making. Tools: Xero or similar; Excel/Sheets; automation/AI improvements. 🎁 Benefits Competitive salary: £70,000 - £80,000.
