US Talent Assessor (Nightshift)

📋 Description Review applicants in the client's ATS for specified positions. Create a short list of candidates and present to the Recruitment Relationship Manager. Follow phone screen templates and qualify candidates against defined criteria. Develop an effective story to sell the job and client to prospective candidates. Assist with interview scheduling and confirm interview date, time and location. Update candidate details and status in the client's ATS per defined process steps. 🎯 Requirements Fair knowledge of Outlook, Web, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience in a team environment with group contributions. Ability to work under pressure and meet daily objectives. Ability to write client-oriented emails and candidate summaries. Staffing/HR recruitment experience; screening/interviewing preferred; degree preferred. Amenable to NIGHT SHIFT; Pasig hybrid setup; supports North America.
