📋 Description Lead global procurement strategy across the company, prioritizing CRO/R&D spend. Partner with Clinical Ops, R&D, Legal, IT to design RFP/RFI processes. Implement risk assessment and dual/multi-sourcing where appropriate. Lead vendor management and supplier governance to drive performance. Oversee contract negotiations (MSAs, SOWs) with Legal and external parties. Build procurement policies, monitor KPIs, and support budgeting. 🎯 Requirements Degree and/or professional procurement cert (MCIPS/CPSM) or MBA desirable. Deep experience in strategic sourcing and global biopharma procurement. Proven CRO and clinical vendor contract negotiation/management. Experience designing/optimizing procurement systems and SRM frameworks. Strong analytical, budgeting, and spend data interpretation skills.
