📋 Description Deliver MOUD to patients via telehealth Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment Work in a fully remote outpatient setting Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team Practice harm reduction with patient autonomy 🎯 Requirements Active NP license in AK, AZ, CO, FL, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, MN Reside in NC, NH, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, VA, WA, WY Note: FL, IL, MA, MN, or VA require independent practice licensure At least 6 months of outpatient buprenorphine experience (initiation included) Full-time availability: 30–40 hours/week Private HIPAA-compliant workspace 🎁 Benefits W2 employment with health, dental, and vision coverage Boulder covers up to 100% of monthly premiums for individuals 60% of monthly premiums for dependents Vacation: 4 weeks/year (5 weeks after 2 years); 9 paid holidays 12 weeks fully paid parental leave (after 6 months) Sick leave accrues at 1 hr per 30 hrs paid Company-issued equipment: laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse Mental health support via Talkspace State licensure, DEA, and credentialing fully covered
