📋 Description Negotiate customer, vendor, reseller and data-processing agreements. Advise People Ops on hiring, termination, equity grants and multi-state compliance. Build and run privacy / AI compliance program (GDPR, CCPA, FTC). Prepare board consents, maintain cap-table and support financings. Manage outside counsel on IP, litigation and insurance claims. 🎯 Requirements JD or LL.B.; active bar in at least one US jurisdiction. 8-15 years in law-firm and in-house with dept-of-one track record. Deep expertise in SaaS contracts, employment law, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), governance. Hands-on in managing outside counsel and cross-border issues (US/India preferred). Business-first communicator who translates legal complexity clearly.
