Senior People Analytics Manager (12 month fixed term)

📋 Description Build trusted People performance views: scorecards, dashboards, engagement. Translate complex people data into clear, actionable workforce insights. Set standards for people analytics; partner with HR leaders on metrics. Hands-on with data and models to support planning and decisions. Collaborate with HR, Finance and G&A Analytics to share a common view. Based in New Zealand; hybrid in-office and remote work. 🎯 Requirements Strong analytics/data background connecting people data to business context. Experience framing ambiguous people problems into testable hypotheses. Comfortable engaging senior leaders and translating insights clearly. Familiar with HR domains: workforce planning, org design, talent, mobility, engagement analytics. Hands-on with large datasets on cloud platforms; BI tools such as Tableau. Collaborative across HR, Finance, Product & Technology, Legal and Risk.
