📋 Description Serve as primary support resource for Filing Specialists and staff. Guide staff through filing procedures and case-related questions. Mentor team on best practices, quality standards, and processes. Assist with training for new staff and ongoing training. Audit filing workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance. Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to resolve issues. 🎯 Requirements 1+ years in legal, insurance, or workers’ comp environment preferred. Prior leadership or mentoring experience strongly preferred. Experience using case management software and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Team-oriented, collaborative leadership style.
