📋 Description Resolve and negotiate a high-volume caseload efficiently. Communicate effectively with all parties involved in a case. Review and evaluate case files to determine legal strategy. Independently assess case value, including QME reports. Calculate demands: Total Temporary Disability, Permanent Disability. Handle case negotiations and settlements. 🎯 Requirements 7+ years of legal Workers’ Compensation experience. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding settlement metrics. Strong knowledge of California Workers’ Compensation regulations. Expertise in EAMS, E-filing, and the AME/PQME process. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze legal docs digitally.
