Procurement Operations Manager - 12-month FTC ( MSP/ Staffing Industry )

📋 Description Lead a high-performing team delivering the Sourcing Insights program. Transform procurement for labor-based services (SOW). Act as strategic advisor to procurement stakeholders. Develop and mentor Procurement Specialists and Coordinators. Ensure delivery against SLAs and optimize workload. 🎯 Requirements Procurement experience or equivalent competencies. Bachelor's degree in business/finance/supply chain preferred. Experience with MSP, SOW procurement and RFPs. Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing and spend analytics.
