Benefits HR Generalist

📋 Description Own design and admin of all employee benefits programs. Manage relationships with benefits brokers and vendors. Partner with brokers to analyze cost trends and plan reviews. Collaborate with leadership to align benefits with objectives and budget. Oversee open enrollment planning, communications, and execution.
