📋 Description Deliver MOUD to patients via telehealth in a remote outpatient setting. Independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment. Work 100% remote, full-time, W2 position. Harm reduction–driven, patient-centered care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. 🎯 Requirements Active NP license in your state of residence. 6+ months independent outpatient buprenorphine experience. Ability to work autonomously with patient-centered care. Private HIPAA-compliant workspace. Harm-reduction aligned care approach.
