📋 Description Process supplier invoices and employee expenses across group entities Post journals for accruals, prepayments, payroll, intercompany Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations Support UK VAT and overseas VAT compliance (Germany, Norway, Spain) Maintain fixed asset and prepayments registers Assist with month-end close and entity reporting packs 🎯 Requirements Part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or equivalent; study support 2+ years in accounting covering AP, journals and reconciliations Solid double-entry fundamentals and attention to detail Strong Excel skills (lookups, pivots) Experience with Xero or similar ledger; multi-currency helpful Organised and reliable with deadlines
